I sent Kenny a photo of her and he even matched the colour of her eyes.

It’s perfect and I love it so much.

The process was so easy and simple. I was called when the ashes arrived to them. It was done within a couple weeks. I then got a call once it was done & received the necklace the following day. Everything was so professional & thoughtful. The ashes that weren't used were sent back in a velvet bag. The necklace came in a lovely box. Had a card certificate of confrimation of the ashes used which was in a lovely envelope. All of which came in a gift bag. Even the chain was lovely.   Kenny created my ring to hold the ashes of my little dog, Rosie. It is stunning. Beautifully crafted and the pale blue glass seems to shimmer and shine in the light. I phoned Kenny a couple of times with queries prior to ordering and nothing was too much trouble, he's a lovely man creating special treasures which people will love forever.   I had a necklace made by Kenny after my sister died, I love this so much and when my mum died I had a matching ring made. The pieces are stunning and so special my daughter and niece asked for one too. Ive just received a necklace and a ring and they are stunning. I can’t thank Kenny enough for the amazing workmanship that goes into every special piece and the updates at every step. I cannot praise Kenny enough for the outstanding work he did, he put a lot of thought into getting the sculpture just right and consulted with us to ensure we were entirely happy with everything. After suddenly losing my dad in the summer i instantly felt like he wasn’t around. Even more so when I had to return back to my home abroad. I knew I wanted part of him in my home but had no idea how. Then I stumbled across Kennys website and instantly knew he was the person I wanted to make my sculpture. My brief was vague but specific at the same time. Kenny went above and beyond. Fitting all contact around the time difference between countries and some how with my terrible description he made the most amazing sculpture. Every detail I mentioned is within the piece and it’s the most beautiful design. Kenny I can’t thank you enough. I finally feel like a have a piece of my dad in my home again.

We lost our Dad in 2016 but only this year came across Kenny and Ash Glass Design. As my brother and I had since flown the nest, my Mum was keen for us all to have something that represents our Dad with us wherever we go. wow just wow. I have had 2 pieces of jewellery from Kenny now.

The attention to detail is immence, and just looking at the quality love care and attention that has gone into them is amazing.

These truly are bespoke in every way. Kenny is always on hand to speak about your purchase before during and after.

I have found his aftercare to be 100% he isn't happy if you're not.

Most company's that do cremation jewellery throw it together, and that's that. I can honestly say that Kenny actually cares about getting the product exactly how you want it.

Kenny loves his job, and it shows in his work.

This is the second time I have gone to Kenny to have some glass made and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
At the sudden loss of our Newfoundland dog recently, we wanted something bespoke to represent our boy and the huge presence he was in our lives, albeit all to briefly.
Kenny listened to everything we said about Rufus and designed this very special piece which reflects Rufys love of water and being outside, his huge, fluffy white tail and a copy of his huge paw, taken from a print we had.
We will set this piece in his beloved garden which is big enough to be seen from the house and will mean we will always have a little part of Rufus in the garden with us.

I cannot recommend Kenny highly enough if you are looking for a special keepsake of your loved one(s). Kenny was recommended to me by my friend who had a piece of jewellery made by him and she wasn’t wrong when she said that not only would whatever I wanted made be beautiful and perfect, but the service I would receive would be of a high standard. After emailing Kenny, we spoke on the phone and it was clear he genuinely cares about making something really special for you. He asked me all about my girls who were my whole life for a long time and sadly I lost them within a year of each other, one very recently. I felt like he was genuinely interested in hearing about them and he was very kind when I got a little emotional. He actually suggested a different necklace to the one I was going to choose, and when he gave me his reasons as to why, it made the necklace even more special. He made the process very simple, kept me updated, stuck to the timescale he gave me to get it finished, and it was delivered the next day. It is so lovely to find such comfort at a difficult time and I love that my necklace has been made with true care and with my girls in mind. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Kenny.

Thanks Kenny for your work on my little Baby Tom pendant.
My husband and I lost our little boy at 18 weeks of pregnancy. I asked Kenny if he could engrave my little baby's footprints at the back of the pendant and although he'd never done it, he directly understood how important it was for me and tried it on aluminium. He sent me the aluminium plate so I could decide if I liked it and it was obviously perfect.
The fact that I now have a little bit of my son with me all the time makes the loss a bit less painful. Thanks Kenny, you are a talented artist, but also a kind, caring and empathetic person. I couldn't have chosen anyone better for my son's ashes.

Kenny made a ring for me with my mum’s ashes. She died during the Covid 19 pandemic and I was unable to go to her funeral due to border restrictions. Kenny took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and was compassionate throughout the process, keeping in touch to let me know he had received mum’s ashes, calling to let me know the ring was ready and returning the unused ashes to me. I love my ring. I asked Kenny to make it look like an emerald and it does - the glass catches the light beautifully and the white gold setting and band are simple and elegant. I lost my beautiful retriever in 2018 and i wanted to keep him with me . In the meantime i badly broke my finger and had to have my handmade wedding ring cut off. I wanted to combine harveys ashes with my wedding ring and i came across kenny.
What a wonderful caring man. He treated Harvey with the utmost respect and with his amazing skill created a bespoke ring.
Absolutely beautiful! On top of this he made a bespoke wedding ring !

I highly recommend Kenny's beautiful artistry and service. I spoke on the phone to him, he is such a nice guy, so important when you are sending something so precious to know who is receiving it. I was nervous about how the necklace would look, we are four sisters and we each chose a different design. I am so thrilled with the artistry in which my necklace has been made. It feels like it has been made with love, respect and care. It is stunning, and feels so special to wear. To know that a small part of mum is being carried with me, brings much comfort. Kenny also adds personal touches, the necklace is beautifully contained and presented, and the certificate to confirm they are mum's ashes is much appreciated. This made the whole unwrapping a very moving experience for me. I am so glad we have done this, and thank you to Kenny.

My sisters and I are so thrilled with our necklaces that Kenny made with our mum’s ashes. We each choose a different design and they are all stunning. Kenny was an absolute gentleman from start to finish... kind, caring, understanding, and with a real passion for his work. I spoke to Kenny just before mum’s funeral, and he sent me the little bag to separate some of the ashes, and the order form. We then did nothing with them for a year, as we needed time to process and all decide what felt right for us. So I would say if you’re not sure, then just make sure you do the first bit, then you have as long as you need to think about it. We are all so pleased we did. I now have a piece of mum right next to my heart, every day. It brings a huge amount of comfort!

I couldn’t recommend ash glass design highly enough - when I decided to get a kilt pin made for my husbands 40th I came across this website.... yes it was so hard taking a spoon of ashes out of our old spaniels ashes (she is getting scattered with me) there were lots of tears but when Kenny phoned me to say he had received them I knew I chose the right person and yes he returns what he doesn’t need.... the kilt pin is amazing my husband loves it too - not sure if I can post a picture but if you want a personal experience for something which is so hard to do I totally recommend x

Honestly, I read reviews about you and your excellent service but until you telephoned me and told me how the ring looked when it was ready really made me realise how right they all were. I could hear you smiling down the phone with pride at what you had created. It put me at ease entirely. Honestly, you should be proud! It’s absolutely stunning and I don’t ever want to be parted from it.

It’s horrible losing a loved one and obviously there is a lot of discomfort in the process but you create something so special that it feels like they’re with you all the time. The way you talk with love and care about your creations makes it all worthwhile. This was a wonderful decision and I’m so glad I found you.

Just received my Forget me not necklace with my mum's and brother's ashes. Perfect isn't a good enough description for it!! It has reduced me to tears.
Kenny has kept in touch through the whole process, he let's you know he has received the ashes and he let's you know when they are being sent back along with the jewellery.
I cannot fault the personal touch that he gives to the whole process.

I purchased a ring from Ash Glass Design after my 15 year old cat, Suzie passed away. First of all I’d like to say the customer service is amazing. The order pack came quickly and Kenny rang me to tell me that the ashes had arrived safely- I really appreciated this as parting with ashes is a hard thing to do. It took around close to 2 weeks for the ring to be complete, when ready Kenny rang me again to tell me it was all finished and to arrange delivery with myself. During this phone call Kenny asked me questions about Suzie and was extremely helpful and kind. During this call Kenny asked me more specifics about the engraving and it was clear to me he takes pride in his work being done to the highest standards. Next day delivery was available but I had to opt for 2 days because of work- this was no issue and Kenny catered to this immediately. On the day of delivery, I had text updates and my ring was with me before dinner time. When I opened the box (which is extremely high quality) I was amazed by the detail and time that had been put into it. From the moment I received the ring it brought me so much comfort. It’s beautifully done and I couldn’t have asked for it to turn out any better. As well as getting my ring, all the unused ashes were returned which again was a massive comfort so that I could have my baby girl all in one place. I can’t thank Kenny enough for giving me this amazing ring, it’s so so so much more than a piece of jewellery and I will keep recommending people to use Ash Glass. Thank you so much!
