Kenny was so considerate and helpful when I approached him to create something really special for a lasting memory to my late parents and their pet cat. I wanted a bespoke design that reflected their interests when they were alive, to remember them by.
He was really easy to get on with from the onset (which helped with my grief) and once I had settled on a design and sent him the families ashes in the supplied package he got to work for me.
The result was nothing short of astounding. It was much larger than I expected which is great. It excelled my expectations in every way and my parents would be proud of it. The costs were very reasonable too.

I had a teardrop pendant made from my husband's wedding ring and it is absolutely beautiful I love it. I had spoken to a couple of companies but as soon as I spoke to Kenny I knew he was the one I wanted to make it, and I am so glad I went with him he not only managed to keep the original hallmark but also some of the pattern from the wedding ring which makes it unique and so special to me. what can I say? I am so truly grateful for the service we have received, not only are our rings so beautiful but the above and beyond service was truly amazing. Visited Kenny after a very postive initial phone call hoping to have a piece of comemorative jewelry made from my wives parents ashes. We recieved a 1st class personal service from the start. Nothing was too much trouble . The result was an amazing custom piece, modified from an existing and significantly sentimental ring in which he had incorporated a sample of their ashes presented in a very special & unique way.

I would highly recommend Ash Glass Design for memorial jewellery. Kenny was amazing and so respectful from start to finish. I received the pack within 24 hours of my deposit and a phone call from Kenny the following morning to inform me that my Nana’s ashes had arrived with him safely which was incredibly heart warming to know. And another call on completion to arrange delivery and take the remaining payment. The charm came perfectly packaged with a beautiful certificate, and presented in a lovely little box with gift bag. Kenny has made an amazing job of making our mums 60th birthday gift. We opted for a pandora style charm in ruby which was my Nana’s birthstone along with red being her favourite colour. The charm is vibrant and so pretty. One day I may treat myself to one. The lasting memory is perfect and so unique.
