I cannot recommend Ash Glass Design highly enough! From the moment I placed my order the service provided by Kenny was second to none. He kept in regular contact to reassure me that the raw ashes had arrived safely, and when the charm bead was ready to be dispatched. We lost our precious son and brother, Dazza, aged 31 suddenly in Feb 2018 and wanted a piece of jewellery to hold him close.
We chose Ash Glass Designs as the range of jewellery and colours on offer suited all of our needs. They matched how we felt about Dazza and the colours matched those of his beautiful Egyptian tattoos.
From the moment we chose, Kenny kept in contact, he was thoughtful and considerate when discussing our needs. Kenny ensured the process was relatively distress free.
When the jewellery arrived we were overwhelmed by its beauty. All came in a bag, presentation box, with a certificate of authenticity and cleaning tips.
Dazza will always be carried in our hearts and thoughts. Dazza wanted to travel the world, and now thanks to Kenny we can take him with us.

I ordered the memorial Celtic Cross chain as a gift and I can not recommend it enough. I made a mistake with my order and called up as soon as I realised, Kenny was happy to fix it for me to make sure I got the colour I wanted. The chain arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pictures do not do it any justice at all. Looks lovely online, but the quality in person is incredible beyond what the picture shows. And the phone calls from Kenny himself to let you know that your ashes arrived safely and your order is finished, ready to ship I thought was a lovely touch, particularly with it being such a sensitive and emotional time. I can not thank Kenny enough for his amazing work. His customer service is absolutely brilliant! Kenny will ring to let you know he has received your loved ones ashes and will also ring to let you know he has posted and when you will be expected to receive your jewellery. I was shocked that I received some ashes back in the post (I obviously put too much in the bag) and I just assumed you dispose of the spare bits so was so thankful you sent a out of him back to me and not just got rid!
