How do I get my ashes to you?
When you place on order with us, we will send you an Order Kit with everything you need to safely send us a small amount of ashes to be used in your memorial glass.

How long does it take?
I usually always aim to process orders within two weeks, although other companies who may offer memorial art (in various shapes and sizes) could have longer turnaround times.
I know how important it is to have peace of mind and to get your loved one’s ashes back as quickly as possible, which is why I always keep my customers updated at every stage of the process and don’t delay more than necessary.

How will I know you use my loved one’s ashes?
If this is a source of concern for you, try not to worry, as the good news is, you can get a guarantee that your jewellery or art has been made using your loved one’s ashes and theirs alone.
What is this guarantee, I hear you ask? It’s called a certificate of authenticity.
A certificate of authenticity, when it boils right down to it, is a piece of paper that certifies your loved one’s ashes have been used in your cremation glass product.
Your certificate will arrive signed and dated by myself along with your finished order.
