Going Away- Cremation Glass Allows You to Take Your Loved One With You (1)

Are you planning on travelling, but don’t want to leave the ashes of a loved one behind?

Being parted from the ashes of a loved one can bring on anxiety and feelings of loss all over again, making what should be a stress-free trip turn into yet another source of worry and dread.

If you’re going abroad, or travelling across the country, it’s not always practical to take your loved one’s ashes with you – especially if you’re flying – but there is a way that you have still have them close to you.

In this blog post, I’m going to explain why cremation glass jewellery could be the answer you’re looking for.

Why cremation jewellery?

Memorial glass can be a wonderful way to celebrate the memory of a loved one, whilst giving you something special to hold onto and cherish forever. They are often stunning pieces that sparkle and shine in the light, and they come in a variety of vibrant colours, with many of my clients finding great comfort in their own jewellery.

You can choose from beautiful rings, sparkling pendants, brilliant cufflinks, versatile charm beads, and more, that you can wear and keep close to you at all times – and they won’t take you over your baggage limit!

The best of both worlds

Because ash glass jewellery only requires a tiny amount of ashes to make, you can still have the rest of your loved one’s ashes kept safely at home in an urn – so you don’t have to worry about them getting lost or the container damaged during the journey.

The best part? You’ll still have your jewellery with you, so you never have to feel like you’ve left them behind – it really is the best of both worlds!

Memorial jewellery can also be just as effective for having your loved one with you on special days, such as a wedding or family celebration; those times when you really wish they were there to share the day with you.

Choose a cremation jewellery company carefully

The advice I give everyone is to always thoroughly do your research and check a cremation company is right for you before committing to buy. They should be happy to pick up the phone and answer any questions you might have, but you might also want to check their website FAQ (if they have one).

Remember, never send away ashes of a loved one until you are 100% happy and confident in the company you’ve chosen, so you know they will be in safe hands.
