Located in the charming Scottish Borders villages of Clovenfords, Ash Glass Design is the creation of Kenny Scott, an experienced glassmaker and artist. Kenny Scott, along with his family, resides in this picturesque setting, drawing inspiration from its beauty and tranquility. With his mastery of the craft, he skillfully crafts exceptional glass pieces that enchant and captivate all who behold them.

Having dedicated more than three decades to his craft, Kenny Scott embarked on his journey as a professional glassmaker at the young age of 15. Opting to leave school, he immersed himself in the realm of traditional glassmaking techniques. Undergoing a rigorous and time-honored 5-year apprenticeship, Kenny developed a solid foundation that paved the way for his future as a designer and production manager.

His skills flourished at the esteemed Selkirk Glass, a globally recognised institution, where Kenny served for a remarkable 10 years. During his tenure, he honed his expertise and expanded his creative horizons, leaving an indelible mark on the renowned establishment.
